SHIPPING POLICY

We try hard and make the best of our efforts to deliver your ordered products in excellent condition and in the fastest possible time. All the shipments usually get delivered within 10-15 business days from its purchase date, but may take longer than usual if it is non-metro city. 
Custom orders take 15-20 working days to be delivered. 

We also keep you notified for the same either by email or contact number. Hence, keep checking your email or the Increscent account from time to time.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not provide refund on the goods sold on the website. Goods once sold through the website can only be exchanged for store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Increscent will provide a replacement only in case of faulty and damaged product subject to the packaging and casing being returned in good condition. Faulty or damaged product must be returned within 5 days from the date of product received but with a prior intimation of such via email to info@increscent.in. No returns or exchanges on discounted products.

Exchange can be made for sizes subject to availability otherwise with products of the same or higher value. 

You must inform us within 24hrs of the delivery of the product by writing to us at info@increscent.in, once you receive the conformation from us you can ship the product back to us.

The cost for shipping the product back to us will be borne by you. Upon receiving the product our team will inspect it's condition before initiating the exchange.  Any loss or damage of couriers sent by you for exchange will not be our responsibility.

We don't accept exchanges or returns on discounted or customised items. 

We do not provide returns or exchanges on any thrifted items purchased from our preloved collective. 

The items are only eligible for exchange that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed).

In case you receive an incorrect product which you haven’t ordered, it should be returned to Increscent in its original packing. After investigating the case, correct product will be dispatched. Rights reserved with Increscent Designs LLP

International Orders & products purchased from our Pre-Loved Collection aren't eligible for any Returns, Exchanges or Refunds.

 

REFUND POLICY

The refund will be processed for the cancelled order only through the same mode of payment i.e. payment to same account which you used during the transaction. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking mode of payment, refund processing time is as per bank’s standard time frame, which is approximately 8-10 business days. For non delivered items, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to customer and if the customer chooses to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.

The refund amount may reflect some basic charges on a case-to-case basis.

International Orders aren't eligible for any Returns, Exchanges or Refunds.
